Nexium is a medication that reduces stomach acid. It's used to treat conditions like heartburn, acid reflux, and ulcers. 

What not to take with Nexium?

When taking Nexium, it's best to avoid:

1. Other acid-suppressing medications,
2. Certain antibiotics and antifungal medications,
3. Some antiretroviral drugs,
4. St. John's Wort herbal supplement, and
5. Excessive alcohol consumption

Can I take Nexium 20 mg twice a day?
