Description
These tablets contain Aspirin which is used to help prevent heart attacks and strokes in people who have previously suffered these conditions or who have under gone by-pass surgery
- Do not give this medicine to children below the age of 16 years
- Do not take if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy or are breast feeding
- If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor
DO NOT USE
- if you are allergic to Aspirin, NSAIDs which includes those when in attacks of asthma, angioedema, uticaria or rhinitis have been precipitated by aspirin or any other NSAID or any of the other ingredients listed in section 6
- if you suffer from gout or had in the past
- if you have a stomach ulcer or have had problems with ulcers in the past
- if you suffer from haemophilia or any other bleeding condition
- if you are taking blood thinning (anti-coagulant) medication
- these tablets without discussing it with your doctor first
- a double dose to make up for the missed dose
