Ingredients: A sterile, aqueous, buffered solution that contains poloxamine,hydroxyalkylphosphonate, boric acid, sodium borate, sodium chloride, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Glucam and preserved with chlorhexidine gluconate (0.003%) and polyaminopropyl biguanide (0.0005%).
