Description
These drugs are pain killers and reduce inflammation
- Do not give this medicine to children below the age of 12 years
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
- You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 10 days
DO NOT USE
- if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients (see section 6)
- if you have (or have had two or more episodes of) a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding
- if you have had a worsening of asthma, skin rash, itchy runny nose or facial swelling when previously taking ibuprofen, aspirin or similar medicines
- if you have had gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation when previously taking NSAIDs (Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs)
- if you suffer from severe liver, kidney or heart failure
- have a condition which increases your tendency to bleeding
